I am considering planting Rose Creek Abelia as a loose hedge, but I am not sure if it is evergreen in Zone 8A. Some of the sites say "semi-evergreen" and some "evergreen."
Does anyone have personal experience with this in zone 8a or nearby?
Thanks in advance,
Entlie
