I have a feeling there is quite a bit of confusion over the correct Jackmanii Superba.
According to COTW, it's "Large deep blue-purple flowers with broader tepals than those of 'Jackmanii' and red shading along the midribs which fades with age."
Your second one looks really small but that could be if it's the first few blooms perhaps. But I don't see the red shading on the midribs though. These were the first blooms on mine:
