You are soooooooooooooo right about Contender! Hurray! Hurray!

I grew three varieties of snap beans for the first time this season: Strike, KY Blue Lake, & Contender. While Strike was the most prolific on a tiny bush, the flavor was too mild. I much prefer the "beany" robust flavor of the Contenders! Will be growing them again this weekend.
