Name: Kelli Canoga Park, CA, Sunset 19 (Zone 10a) Where summer is winter
I have no idea if it was a rooted cutting or a seedling. I've had it for about 15 years. The thing is about 6 feet tall. It has never bloomed before. I think the flowers are supposed to be white.
