Hi all.
I think the blotching is from damage/disease. I see the center new growth looks healthy.

I don't think you plant is G. bellum, the leaves are totally different and should be edged in white, and of course the blooms should be deep pink to red.

There are so many new crosses on the market that we may not be able to identify your plant. Graptopetalum paraguayense does have a white bloom, but the leaves don't look right for that either. On the other side of the leaf things, it could be growing conditions that make the leaves look different.
