Your Elephant Ear with the unusual growth looks to be an Alocasia as Sway suggested: The Elephant Ears (Alocasia) Database

Your Blue Hawaii is probably Elephant's Ear (Colocasia esculenta Royal Hawaiian® Blue Hawaii)
