Zucchini (apple) bars are in the oven!
I used the large mystery green squash for this recipe above. Turns out the squash looks and taste just like a normal zucchini. I did save some of the seeds to plant next year to see what grows. Glad I remembered this posting to find the recipe because I never laminated it to the kitchen door LOL.
