Celebrating Gardening: 2015
I can see from wandering about the 100's of lilies here some of them have seed pods on them.......is that the result of the bees or nature doing that.??
I was not sure if all lilies produce seeds no matter what and some are fertile and some are not..........
this is the first time I have had pods in the gardens here
last year there was nothing but this year the honey bees got here early and stayed....

I read the sticky on the seeds but it does not explain fertilization by nature all that well
the ones that I crossed pollinated are in foil

can someone fill me in
and remember I am just learning all this.....
