I would guess yours to be Black Nightshade (Solanum americanum)

One way to distinguish Common nightshade from the deadly Black Nightshade (Solanum nigrum) is by the fruit.

S. nigrum has dull ripe fruit and S. americanum has shiny ripe fruit.
