Hello everyone, I am trying to keep my maidens hair according to my best knowledge... I know it doesnt like direct sunlight, so it is in a semi-bright living room with no direct sunlight, I am trying to keep it well hydrated - when the soil is almost dry, I give it some water. And I placed a bowl of water next to it for humidity (Will also place a fish tank underneath it to raise the humidity levels a little. The leaves don't seem to happy, there are some shrivelled bits, and the top of some new stalks seem to be non-greenish as it should...

Please have a look, and tell me if you have an idea what I might do wrong.
-notes: the shape and design of the pot makes it impossible for me to have clay pearls under it.

Cheers!
