I would say that bigger is always better when it comes to greenhouses... but mine is 8x16' and my benches are wide enough to fit 2 flats, which works well for me; again, though, I think much depends on how you are utilizing the GH. (In my case, mainly for growing seedlings, after starting under lights, in the springtime.)

What I personally would like at this point is a GH where I can not only have benches for the flats of seedlings in the spring, but an in-ground planting area for extra-early and late garden plants. When I first got my GH, I really did not have a well-defined idea of how I wanted to use it; but even so I think it was one of the best things I've bought! Smiling
