My first 4 daylilies ever came from Wayside Gardens back when they bragged about the quality of their daylilies. I can still see the pictures they used in their catalog of their generous root systems compared to others. I wonder what they send now days........Of the 4 I still have 3. They were PARDON ME (pitched it as I didn't like the dull brick red color). Those that remain with me are: HAPPY RETURNS, WAYSIDE GUPPY GUMS (love the name) and PANDORA'S BOX (still a first rate landscaping daylily). These have got to be going on 25 years old now.
