I would have to agree that Jon Stewart does the same by educating us and making us really think with his humor, too!

More trees need to be planted to help balance out the destruction humans are doing to the earth! That would probably help with the climate warming issue. Here in the USA we have the fairly new TAP financial aid:

In Florida, the citrus industry has been ravaged by "greening" disease. Many grove owners are considering the TAP funding which the state hopes will help remove abandoned citrus groves that are harboring this disease:

There is an abandoned citrus grove just a few blocks from my home. I hope they remove those trees and do something worthwhile with that land. I would plant a citrus tree in my own yard, but with all those diseased trees nearby, it is pointless. Once those trees are removed, I would love to plant a navel orange tree in my yard.

The destruction of vast areas of forest around the world is surely causing some acceleration in global warming?
