I've looked at all the Begonia species on plantillustrations, the only one which looks like this beauty is Begonia albococcinea but I don't see that in the list for the area, the leaves don't look hairy either and the flower petals are a little more pointed.

Selecting the region on Flora do Brasil might make searching the species easier.
