Living in the outskirts of a small city, I escape to my back yard garden often. Almost everything planted has been given to me from someone special(family members/friends) or has been planted as a memorial for someone special. We have a beautiful Magnolia in memory of My Grandmother and a spring bulb garden in memory of my brother. Perennials are my gardening choice. But being that the harsh winters of NE Ohio can really take a toll - some of my garden didn't make it through last years winter. Here are just a few of my beautiful garden. And A Little bit of humor.
