I cover mine up if the temps are going below about 45deg. F Lee-Anne. I'd get your indoor space ready pretty quick! If you let them get too cold, they not only drop buds, they stop setting buds for months.

If you can keep them warm and provide a sunny window indoors, they can keep on blooming for a while. My mother grew one for years in her living room in Vancouver, BC. She had large, east facing windows that let the plant get really good light, and it bloomed amazingly except in December and January.
