Joan Derifield, is a deep saturated red with lighter watermark. It has been my favorite red, since i got it last year. It has not reached registered stats yet for me, but is still rather new, it did have very thick, strong scapes. It has more than doubled in size since being planted in 2014. I would recommend this one, to anybody who likes deep velvety red Daylilies.
