Hi Cinda,..we do get lots of mists seeing we are close to the river and lake,..however we get approx 200 days of rain each year and so moss grows everywhere,..on roof tiles,..the garden and every crevice on a car,..it looks nice and i like it myself others complain about it and ferns growing here and there,..there are some nice mossy areas in my video below.
