I've been growing 'Pardon Me' in my gardens for 4 years.

-- It is an outstanding bloomer, with fantastic color saturation that holds up well all day.
-- Tends to be a mid-late season bloomer for me.
-- Pods set very easily on this cultivar.
-- Pollen is very fertile.
-- Get re-bloom on occasion...not every year in my area. (None this season, 3 re-bloom scapes last season)

From what I understand Pardon Me, along with Happy Returns, were important cultivars in Apps work for re-bloom.
