I moved from NY to Fla with a indoor grown schefflera plant I placed it outdoors. at first it drooped but now it looks great. Today I noticed something on the soil that looked like ice cubes but has the consistency of jello> Is this harmful to the plant? Is it harmful to neighboring plants?
