I have an appointment with spring!
Each spring, as I sit before my raised beds, I from time to time see a bumble come out of the soil, up and away it goes....there are so many varieties of feral bees, I have just guessed what these little buggers of mine have been. Anyway, there are plenty of them around, and most are not in colonies, but are loners, and burrow in the soil to overwinter. So, if they bother you too much, tell them to come on over here!
