Here we are at week's end and a bit more progress has been made. There are now 18 roof panels in place, exactly half. There are 16 front wall panels in place with the two sliding windows, the sliding door, and the gable wall panels (8) yet to be done. I can see little if any tint in the wall glass but there is definitely a color shift with light coming through the roof glass, greenish in direct sun and bluish in the twilight.

I hope to get the fascia boards in place between the roofs and glass and that covered in vinyl so that the gutters can be installed. All the gutters on the house are 4" but we are putting in 6" gutters above the solarium because of the huge amount of water coming off the three roof-lines. It will be interesting to see how the gutters go up since we are dealing with three roof levels adjacent to the solarium. Hopefully, all the glass will be in place by the end of next week (except for the doors). Perhaps the three columns can be wrapped, the main beam wrapped, and the beaded-board ceiling with five additional beams (perpendicular to the main beam) put in place. I just hope to see wood there, not the stain or paint yet. That may have to be delayed for electrical to proceed and if so maybe, just maybe the tile floor can be started by the end of the week. More likely, the flooring will be done week-after-next. I would rather the tile be in so that the large potting/packaging cabinet can be moved out of the garage. I have to be thinking about building my temporary greenhouse in the garage for my plumeria to over-winter, but that cabinet has to be moved out for the greenhouse to go up.
