Good grief no! 10 below? 20 above just about does me in!! The rare occasions we get single digits even overnight are just awful. But a cast iron wash pot surely isn't the same as being in the ground. The Hosta has managed it for 3 years now without a blip, but the fern, and maybe next year, the Tricyrtis, haven't been tested. That it can handle -10F is sure a hopeful sign. Thanks for that bit of info!
