Just wondering if you ever have a flowerless plant and do you give it a second chance?
I have one that looks healthy and was planted same time and with the same care as the others . No buds yet and we are just a couple weeks away from the first frost.
I only have a few dahlias(6) not sure I want to waist time and garden space on a dud
