I over wintered a Crown of Thorns last winter in basement under lights. I cut back its water by about half. Which was not much to begin with. It stayed green but went to slow mo fer sure. Did not drop many leaves at all. I did the same with my Plumeria, Brugmansia, Tropical milkweed, Myrh and frankincense. And lots of others.
