it IS dieffenbachia, but the leaf tips might be clipped off, since some of those tips are dry and brown. It occurs from sunburn or improper watering..
This is a houseplant, it cannot tolerate too much sun or freezing temps.
At our ranchiito we do NOT keep bees.
