Blooms are so beautiful, but my zone appears to be a little too cool. Orem doing something wrong... my Moreno's Rainbow and all plumeria refuse to bloom. Grow in pots plunged in ground full sun all spring, summer and early fall... bring indoors to garage for 4months in winter... then back out in spring...great growth and foliage but no blooms for 4 years. 😞
