Thanks for asking Ken. It is close and there are many flash flood warnings but we are fine down here in our little corner of the state. We were in Asheville for the weekend and yesterday we drove home with no problems whatsoever but we saw a number of exits into Columbia that were blocked off for flooding. I 95 to the north was closed but we were going south. We came through Orangeburg along the interstate and everything there looked fine. While low lying areas would be pretty wet I think that area, in general, is at least OK. It is Charleston and Columbia that got hit the hardest. Too much development and not enough planning for stormwater. Joachin, while well offshore, was blowing the ocean towards the shore and the rivers cannot empty against the tide. They are filling up from all the storm drainage and the water can't go anywhere. It has been the perfect storm.

This was the sea wall in our Waterfront Park yesterday. OK - but not by much.
