Well, at least you got snow and not just nasty freezing temps. And the other good thing about snow this time of the year is that it does not last. Yay!! So, get out there and get us pictures of your peonies covered in the snow and then pictures of them when it's all gone...
I know I'm going to tear up more of the East pasture this year and put in more peonies, I just haven't broken it to my husband as of yet.
