It performs well here in Zone 4. At first I didn't much like the colour but at clump strength I like it better. It's a kind of dusky pink, not a bright pink - here anyway. The only issue I recall its having is spring sickness but it hasn't slowed it down. I've had it for probably around fifteen years so it was here both times I deliberately introduced rust but unfortunately I don't recall its reaction. In this zone rust isn't a concern, if it is brought in one year it doesn't overwinter
