No. It is Variegated Japanese hops (vine). Humulus japonicus variegatus
Male flowers (not very pretty).
You can't even see the female flowers. They are very tiny and hidden, and are on separate plants.
It's an annual vine, and thank goodness: it only grows 15-30ft.
The perennial hops that beer is made from grow 40ft or more!
I only allow the best 4 plants or so to grow each year, and pull about a hundred seedlings. I have had them for at least ten years, and judicious selection of the best plants have produced better variegation. I had a few leaves this year that were 80% white! Let me know if you want seed.
