Just a head's up that in some Lowe's and Walmart locations, you might come across some stellar deals on clearance houseplants!
Walmart had 50% off on their entire remaining selection (and that was 50% off the previously-discounted price, as far as I can tell).
Lowe's markdowns were more arbitrary but their deals were very good and a few were exceptionally good!
I would imagine other big box stores like Home Depot, etc. would have excellent deals on clearance houseplants as well. Lowe's and Walmart seemed to be making room for their Christmas decorations and plants (Christmas ferns, Christmas wreaths, amaryllis bulbs and gift sets, etc.)
