Just to clarify, I did not say the tree was Catalpa or Paulownia. I only said that there is not enough information visible in the photos to make a positive identification. I offered the links to show that there is often confusion and difficulty in identifying some trees which appear similar.

As for the leaves being huge, both Catalpa and Paulownia have huge leaves when the trees are young; this may be true of other types of trees.

I am certainly no expert. There are others, yourself included @JRsbugs, who are far more qualified than myself to make identifications. But sometimes a photo does not provide enough information. Perhaps we could ask txtome to provide some details to help make a better identification, or perhaps he could provide some botanical details that would help with the identification. If txtome could take a photograph of a cut branch that would help as the Paulownia would be hollow. What are some other details needed?

Again, I am not attempting to say what the tree is, only that I feel more information is needed.
