I don't particularly notice butterflies being drawn to scented flowers...
But... Anything I grow, you could probably grow.

Lantana is a huge draw, but doesn't smell pleasant.
Clasping heliotrope draws like mad, but it is too low to sniff.

Even the host plants fail as fragrant.

Probably do better growing a moon garden for the hawk moths.
