I brought them indoors (garage) after Halloween because of my crazy work schedule this week. The root/base is firm not mushy when in took this picture. The soil is pretty dried- I haven't water the plants once I brought them into the garage. There were at couple of yellow leaves the other day and then I check today and saw a whole bunch (yellow). @tarev
