Universal Rules
Please remember that everything in this presentation is subject to change based on your input, including these rules!
That's the 'first' Universal Rule! Here are the rest:
1) Dave may change the Universal Rules at any time.
2) General ATP rules still apply. Any rules created by Swap organizers that conflict with ATP rules will be void.
3) Swap issues and concerns should be directed to (Dave or organizer?)
4) Swaps cannot exclude any ATP member unless that member has been banned from another swap. Dave reserves the right to remove members, ban them from a swap, remove their 'banned' status, or approve 'banned' members for entry into another swap.
5) Confirmed (agreed-upon) trades must be honored and carried out. Please make trades carefully.
6) Seeds must be divided and labeled PRIOR to shipping (and packing list should be included)
