Well, I found out that my mom has a KitchenAid and I didn't even know it. At 74 she finally retired from her bank teller job and it's been very nice because we work together on making stuff. I grow, pick, wash and strain grapes and she makes the jelly. Same with red raspberry jelly. Mmmm, just so much better than store bought. We're already trying to figure out the strainer attachment to perhaps add that to hers and we'll work together on the tomato sauces. So now, I've decided I don't need to purchase anything.

But perhaps someone else might be interested in the same thing, so hopefully some will post their types and comments. Thanks again.

I'm not sure which model my mom has, but I'm guessing it's the one with the least amount of power. She purchased it to (maiinly) grind meat, and she has been disappointed in that aspect because she says it just wants to bog down real bad.
