Unfortunately I notice very little fragrance from most of my roses. I don't know whether it is our climate or my nose. Perhaps the strongest are Ducher, Duchesse de Brabant, La Marne, and Reve d'Or among the Earth Kind roses and Lafter, (which is actually a hybrid tea!) Honorine de Brabrant, Natchitoches Noisette, Archduc Charles, and Blush Noisette among the others. Many of the Earth Kind Roses are listed as fragrant so don't rule them out on my experience.
