I noticed this in my prairie patch last week. It doesn't look like any I've seen before. There's none of this out in the pasture that I am aware of.

I showed this to a friend who knows plants and she didn't recognize it. She did say most native grasses would be brown by this time. Most does not mean all, so I thought to ask here. It's been a weird autumn and I did find some Canada Rye that is still green.

I do not know that this is enough to get an ID from, but I thought I'd try.
