I have never done this, and so haven't been paying enough attention to the info regarding it yet Thumbs down , but I read in another post that there are some important do's and don't when thawing the pollen..

If you do it the wrong way you would destroy the pollen because you would get condensation on the inside of the tube (I think??) Shrug!
I'm not sure whether it was about thawing inside the fridge instead of outside the fridge, or remembering to take the cap of the tube...? Confused
