Salvia coccinea is so easy to grow from seed that I'd rather go that route, but I know FBTS will send you some gorgeous plants.
I contacted Harris Seeds and got a speedy reply of,
"Yes we are planning on offering Summer Jewel Lavender! We will probably have it available in the next few weeks."
They often have a free shipping deal around the holidays so I'm really hoping they'll have it listed before that happens.
