Thank you! trying the snow peas.
I didn't do well with peas this spring because the snow stayed on the ground too late! When it finally thawed it was too wet then too hot. I should plant peas in March (around my grandmother's/aunt's birthday) but I couldn't think of planting seeds directly in the ground until nearly Memorial day last year.
the past two years were unusually cold and snowy. I'll see what this winter/spring brings...
