No doubt the Cathcarts started the trend. The woman in our community with the shell/tillys hanging in her trees has had them there for at least 14 years that I know of. She winters in Sarasota and knows the Cathcarts very well. She uses many different types of shells.
Minds are like parachutes; they work better when they are open.
