Could it be ? If it is, it can take a lot of below freezing temps. This is what I believe to be growing on my birdbath (mine was sold as variegated English ivy). If it were in the ground instead of a clay pot, I think it would survive any winter weather that would arrive in upper central Texas. Since it's in a container, I tend to set it in the garage when the temps get in the teens. Sometimes I'll bring it in just because I don't want the clay pot to bust, but if I haven't given it water recently I'll leave it out for 20sF temps.
