"Glass Artist, Metalsmith and Jewelry Designer, Brea Anderson is a passionate & mysterious soul. Her fire radiates through every piece of her art & her designs are ignited by the very life that she lives. Her Muse being ignited by all the things that captivate her in her life. She is inspired by the earth & all of its amazing life & plant forms, her extreme curiosity with mythology of ancient times & beings, her deep spirituality & her grand desire to celebrate the many mysteries of the Universe.
Brea has been developing her unique style of artisan jewelry for almost two decades now & by incorporating both her talents with glass and metal, she has been able to marry the two & take her designs beyond anything ordinary. Her work flatters the inner being & compliments the essence lingering in every woman’s existence.

Brea has been honored with countless publications and awards, celebrating her talents for creating specialty jewelry designs and has also been an exhibiting artist in 13 fine art galleries, spanning the United States. Not only has she been chosen by some of the most prestigious juried fine art shows, in cities like Chicago and New York, but she was chosen to exhibit her one of a kind jewelry at the largest art competition in the world; "ArtPrize".
Brea has lived in West Michigan her entire life, growing up surrounded by the forest & wildlife, in Yankee Springs. The trees & plants were who she called friends & she knew the name of every fairy & every gnome in the entire 40 acre wood, which was nestled in the center of HUNDREDS of acres of Michigan State land! So needless to say, we had many pixie parties & not a soul could snitch! Well...except for the "mamajenny". She knew how to ruin a good mud mask wearin', birdberry hair treatment squishen' (I had blonde hair😕) & war paint drawin'....on our clothes....with the black soot from under dad's truck. Yes, at that point, Brea took her jewels to market (the bathtub) and went to bed. Well at least "mamajenny" thought so anyway 😆
Everything that Brea puts her heart into manifests into a grand and dramatic experience, as you can tell from the reading above! Not only her passion for the jewelry she designs, but also painting and drawing, playing the three musical instruments she plays, studying philosophy, other Religions and cultures that fascinate her, spending hours in the forests or lake shores, scouring for unique stones, wood or other artifacts that the earth has left as gifts. If Brea puts her soul into something, it becomes a part of her forever and she will always hold a passion for it, in her life.
