I was on Weight Watchers last year and lost 40 pounds. I slowly put back 25 of those pounds and on 11/26/12 I started working with a weight loss doctor and I am back on track. My goal is to lose 55 pounds by 11/26/13 and so far I have lost about 22 pounds.
I have been exercising at a fitness center 5 days a week as well and have definitely noticed some changes in this old body of mine.
I am itching to get out in the garden again and see what I can come up with. My garden was the best so far last summer. It is like a living art project where you can keep asking what if I do this or try this. A large portion of my small garden is plants in containers so I can move things around as they grow.
Bear. the last of my four cats died last year at the age of 19. I had the mother cat that gave birth to them all so they were there with me for a large portion of my life plus Bear use to be my son’s cat so there were some special memories associated with him as my son passed away in 2008.
I have been a political junkie ever since president Clinton was in office. I recently have tapered off from my following politics because it can become quite depressing to realize what fools are really running this country.
I spend a lot of time on the computer and the internet. It is wonderful to have so much information at your fingertips and I often find myself going to look something up several times a day.
