Preserve the flavors of the season! Learn how to make shelf stable jams and jellies using the water bath method. We will discuss tools, techniques and complete multiple recipes from start to finish. Each participant will leave with a jar of preserves made with berries from our farm, and the recipes & know how to make more at home.
$35/person, $30/person for co-op members.
