I have not done the blog for 4 years ! So I thought that I would at least start the year by blogging !
I have been testing seeds, both as new ones come in, and also some older seeds.
Seedlings on the go in a south winter window: Geraniums (bedding kind ), Lovage, Coleus, Glaucidium palmatum, Western Wood Lily, For-get-me-nots and primulas. And an assortment of scented pelargoniums and Geranium plants. Oh, and one lonely peony seedling. If seeds germinate, I should really dump them, and start again at the right timing. But I can't do that so I also have some dahlias and canna seedlings on the go. They will be babied for months !
These are in a south window on April 3, 2014.
The Impatiens and Coleus were started under lights, and moved as tiny seedlings.
The lobelia and meconoposis were sown and kept in the window.
The pelargoniums are a couple of years old and brought in last fall.
