The Early Sensations continue several weeks ahead of schedule.
The February Gold were a little late but made it on February 28.
The other daffodils - Tete-A-Tete are just beginning to bloom and the Jetfires are way behind.
The Hellebore are doing fine.
My Rijnveld's Early Sensation Daffodils started coming up in early December and have continuing to grow ever since. We have a wet snow on the way tonight so I thought I best get a few pictures. I took the pictures today January 27, 2021 and these plants are at least four to six weeks ahead of normal.
These daffodil beds have been very productive for the past two years and I hope these plants can survive the wet snow that is forecast.
A few years ago I started planting daffodils that bloom during winter. This has since developed into plants with winter interest. We have had a few weeks of warm weather which has cause the daffodils to get an early start. Here are a few pictures from 1/16/2020.
