I have several tall oleander planted approximately 2 ft. from a cement/aggregate driveway. I keep them pruned to approximately 8 ft. tall and 2 ft. wide. Will they eventually cause the driveway to crack or rise?

Over time they could definitely cause the driveway to crack or rise. They are vigorous plants. Sounds like you are tight on space as well. I wouldn't remove them, but continue to monitor their growth and if you begin to see the development of cracks or problems with the driveway I would (only then) consider removing the plants. Good luck!
